MOTIV is a technical and operational partner for owner-led businesses with a team. We help owners improve the operations and software behind their business, so there is room for what matters.

## Where we start

One recurring problem worth solving: dropped follow-ups, information entered twice, or constant status checks. We work with the owner and team to understand where work gets stuck and make the next step easier.

A useful first change might give every inquiry an owner, a next step and a place where the team can see it. Another might connect tools that share information or provide a reliable view of a job's status. These are illustrative approaches. The operation shapes the solution.

## The MOTIV Operations Review

Bring one part of the business that feels harder than it should. We map how it works, find the friction and define a practical first improvement.

The review produces:

- A clear picture of the workflow, people, tools and friction.
- A useful priority: what to improve first, what can wait and where existing tools can do more.
- A defined next step: a proposed first scope, how to check the result and what implementation would involve.

We start with a conversation. Scope and fee are agreed before the review begins. If the owner already knows what needs building, a scoped project can be discussed directly.

## Ongoing partnership

Start with a project and build a partnership when continued work makes sense. MOTIV can stay alongside a business to make technical decisions, improve operations and keep useful systems working.

The approach is to understand the work, build what helps and keep improving. This can involve improving an existing tool, connecting systems or building software around a specific need. Ongoing work has agreed priorities, responsibilities, capacity and regular reviews.

Custom software is not always necessary. An existing tool, a configuration change, a clearer handoff or an integration may be sufficient.

MOTIV can work alongside a marketing team on technical systems, integrations and the handoff from interest to action. Creative production and campaign management have their own agreed responsibilities.

## Founder

Dumitru Pruteanu, also introduced as Dima, is the founder of MOTIV. His work combines discovery, systems design and hands-on implementation with the owner's knowledge of their business.

## Time illustration

The website includes an illustrative eight-hour workday. It compares six hours of core work and two hours of chasing/repetition with six hours of core work, half an hour of chasing/repetition and one and a half hours reclaimed. These allocations are examples, not measured client results or promised savings.
