This page explains how MOTIV uses information submitted through the inquiry form at workwithmotiv.com.
What you share
The form asks for your name, email, business and the problem you want to discuss. You can also tell us how you found MOTIV or who introduced you. When your current page link contains campaign tags, we include those tags with your inquiry to understand which content brought you here.
What happens to it
We use your information to assess your inquiry, reply and keep track of the next step. Inquiries go to MOTIV's business inbox. We may record relevant contact details, source, conversation status and follow-up notes in a private lead register. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Services that handle the form
Vercel hosts the website and processes form requests. Resend delivers the inquiry email. Google Workspace hosts MOTIV's business inbox. These services process information needed to provide their services, including technical delivery or security records. The form uses basic abuse checks, including temporary handling of a hashed network address.
Tracking and retention
This inquiry flow does not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Campaign tags are read from the current page link and are not used to track you across visits. Inquiry records are kept for follow-up and relevant business recordkeeping. You can contact us to ask about access, corrections or deletion. We may need to retain records connected to ongoing work or other recordkeeping obligations.
